We offer worldwide shipping for all of our items. Customers can choose between two shipping options based on their needs:
1. Standard Shipping (Hongkong Post Registered Airmail)
– Shipping fee: $10 USD.
– Free shipping for orders over $120 USD (or equivalent).
– Estimated delivery time: 9-14 business days, depending on the destination.
2. Express Shipping (UPS/FedEx/DHL)
– Shipping fee: $30 USD for orders under $250 USD.
– Free shipping for orders over $250 USD.
– Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
– If UPS/FedEx service is unavailable in certain regions, we will use Hong kong Post EMS instead.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and prepare your shipment within 2 business days. After dispatch, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package‘s delivery status.

The prices of items sold on Osmanto Selection (online-shop) do not include import duties or taxes imposed by your country. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes, which may be required upon or before delivery.
Please note that tax rates vary by destination and are subject to change based on government policies. We strongly recommend checking your country’s regulations before making a purchase.
We will accept returns within notification of 7 days of receipt of the osmanto Selection (online-shop) items only. Bespoke pieces cannot be returned. The customer is responsible to return the item in it’s “as new” condition and is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
To register your intention to return the item, please email us at info@osmantoselection.com. Customer is responsible to return the item as new and pay for the shipping costs. The items must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery. You will receive full refund within 21 days once we sign off and checked on your return.
